Thanks to the active cooperation of local certified organic producers and stone milling, the mill offers you nutritious wheat and spelt flour of superior nutritional quality, complete or semi-complete, packaged in 2 kg packets. Packaging in 25 kg bags is only available at the mill and by reservation.
The flour from le Moulin de Ferrières is used as a base for the production of pasta (spaghetti and tagliatelle) and biscuits (plain and speculoos).
And thanks to the beehives, we also produce delicious honey!
