La Boulangerie du Moulin by Champain is an initiative of local farmers that offers 100% organic sourdough bread made with cereals from its farms. The breads are baked on stone and shaped by hand by artisan bakers. To the farmhouse breads are added artisanal pastries and seasonal pies. The bakery is part of a zero waste approach and in the "fair producer price" sector.
The grocery section is also made up of local products: organic flour, Léopold7 beers, Terres du Val* jams and juices, coffee, etc.
The Mill Bakery is open on Wednesday from 8 a.m to 5.30 p.m., on Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Saturday from 7.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m and on Sunday from 7.30 a.m to 1 p.m.
