The Mill Bakery offers 100% authentic products, made from grains from Walloon organic agriculture, ground in the traditional way on stone millstones. The baker Lise Penne makes bakery specialities that go off the beaten track and invite you to rediscover the riches of nature. Bread is the flagship product, made from natural leaven and flour milled just a few metres from her bakery. But Lise also has other gourmet surprises in store for you, such as "fancy" breads, pastries and a "pastry" corner. The Mill Bakery is open on Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m to 6 p.m., on Thursday and Saturday from 8 a.m to 2 p.m.
