The Mill Bakery offers 100% authentic products, made from grains from Walloon organic agriculture, ground in the traditional way on stone millstones. The bakers make bakery specialities that go off the beaten track and invite you to rediscover the riches of nature. Bread is the flagship product, made from natural leaven and flour milled just a few metres from her bakery. But Fabian and Corentin also has other gourmet surprises in store for you, such as "fancy" breads, pastries and other sweets. The Mill Bakery is open on Wednesday and Friday from 7 a.m to 6 p.m., on Thursday and Saturday from 7 a.m to 2 p.m and on Sunday from 7 a.m to 12 a.m.
